I need some simple work done on a Pixel Ad script.

The script has a few payment modules already implemented however I need it to be able to accept payments via Liberty Reserve payment processor. I need this implemented into the script so pixel purchases can be done via Liberty Reserve.

I need an attractive design for the script/site. I'm already happy with the original, so I just need a header designed for the script and 2 banners to help with promotion. The header will be placed on the script by you.

Basically a summary what I need done is;

1. Implement/add Liberty Reserve as a payment processor on the script.

2. Design a header and 2 banners (size 468x60, 120x120)

3. Install script

My budget for this project is $50, cheaper the better.

Please provide sample works of what you've done as well as a portfolio of your designs.
