Sign Up Process

Writing Ideas:

Example:

Search
The website allows you to search by age, location, distance, member status (online members, all members, new members), and those with photographs. You can save your search so that you can view it at a later time.
Front Page
The front page shows a count of your messages and instant messages, and counts for "new members this week", "new members near you", "who's on IM", "people you have viewed", "people who have viewed you". Doing a basic search in my area returned over 12 pages of lesbian women within 50 miles. This is impressive since I live in a city with a population of around 300,000.
Profiles
Looking through the profiles, there were several with pictures and a few without pictures. The profiles with pictures get listed first, so it is important on this website for your profile to contain a picture if you want other lesbian women to find you. Some of the profiles are filled out completely and some are left to make you wonder, "How serious she is in meeting me?"
Advanced Search
The main page has basic search, but to fine tune your results use the Advanced Search found on the Search Tab. For example, you might be looking for someone with a curvy body or particular ethnicity and this will help you find them quickly.
Online Members
Another option is to view members that are "online now". The results here are hit and miss because these are not sorted by distance and I could not find a way to further filter the list.
Email and Favorite Members
The messages tab allows you to see messages that other lesbian members have wrote for you or compose one to another member. Just keep in mind that sending emails requires a gold membership. You can even tag members that you like for your favorites and them view them by selecting the favorites tab.
Chat Rooms
In addition you can join a chat by choosing the Chat tab; here you will be allowed to join a chat room. The chat room interface is very well done including the ability to show your Avatar or picture and provide audio and video feeds (cams). I did not find chat room bots and the conversation was friendly and flirtatious.
Advice
Choosing the Advice tab takes you to www.date.info which is a Date.com?s information portal for all of their dating websites. Here you will find excellent information on lesbian dating and many other subjects.
Upgrade To Gold
Finally, if you choose upgrade you can pay to upgrade to gold where you will gain the ability to send emails, send instant messages, do audio/video messaging, rank highest in search, and have full access to the chat rooms. If you choose to remain a free member you will be able to flirt by showing interest, and read and write profiles. Getting in for free is a great way to take a look around, but will be unsatisfying if you really want to meet a great date. Prices start at $9.99 per month and go up depending on the length that you sign up for.

Rate the website from A+ (best) to F (worst). Most websites will be from C to A, but there may be some real stinkers that deserve lower ratings. For example if the website is a mess and you can't do anything, all the data is really old, etc.
