This is - I think - an Access or VB inventory system for refrigerant.
See attached pdf file what I want but it must be expanded a little bit.
The expansion we need will be posted via PM on GAF to those who are interested.
In short the needed expansion :
1. changes made on one computer must be transfered over the www to selected computers so that all PC's are updated with the newest information.
2. Some additional tab pages (we think 3 to 5)

It may not be an exact copy of what you see in the pdf.
Must be in several languages: English, Italian, French, Dutch, Spanish,... stored in a database.
We will give the translations after you made it in English and you gave us the list with all the used words.
Reports must be made to printer, and possibility to email them to the clients.
Section 'Clients- Plant' must have two or three additional tab pages to store worksheets of the techs what they have done on-site.
The tech
You give us the source code also.
Final exe-file at the end-user has to give in a serial-number which we gave them.
Copy proof as much as possible, perhaps regular checking via the WWW to our server.
Updates in the future will be necessary.
I don't have an idea about the price, I will see what others offer.
