- Description: I need a web site like youtube:
1- each user have a page(friends list,message box,personal info).
2-can convert most common video format to flv?
3-search engine.
4- user can subscribe to another user's channel.
5- rating a video.
6- save videos to a favorite.
7- choose to play low and high quality(no HD)
8-it must be well documented and easy to install.
if you cant do a certain point you can bid and state that you cant do it. (eg. you bid and say you cant do no.3)
ps. i did not set a budget so far(it depend on the task you can do out of the 8)
