Ok, I'm in need of a script that will query my database for new records and post to a URL....most likely using curl. This needs to be automated, and I will most probably just set a cron job for it or if you know of another way, (preferably when it is added to the db) I'm open to suggestions.

Requirements are as follows:

1) I must be able to make changes "myself" to field values/names in the script you will be creating
2) I must be able to add additional tables to query at a later date if needed
3) I must be able to change the field names when sending to the other URL. Example: Database field name is XYZ, I must be able to send the field name as 123 or any other name I choose.

Since this database will always hold new records (new records are added every few minutes), it will be your responsibility to figure out how only the "new" records will be sent. In other words, I don't want all the records to go again each time. Please open pm for further discussion. Thanks.
