Programmer required to build an online rebate site similar to www.greasypalm.com , QuidCoco.uk. This needs to be a fully functional clone site, design must be original and friendly using CSS. Note: colours to be used 1 = predominantly white with blue and yellow/green (slightly illuminesent think xbox360 (yellow/green) Wii/Macstore (blue), but also open to design suggestions with a light fun and professional feel.
An admin utility must be involved. Users come to site which is populated with ads, offers and links from affiliate sites as buy.at, commission junction, tradedoubler.com, etc. The User must be tracked from start to finish to allow payment - users account section must be involved. PayPal payouts and fraud protection must be implemented. Database of partners and offers enabling easy updating of partner program details/incentive type value possibly self explanatory validate.
The Users should be able to check on the status of cashback due based on purchases they have made through the special links on the site.
Also needs to include an advanced mailing system so that offers can be emailed to members.
Support, help will also be required after project completion.
I would like all the functions of greasypalm and some more.

In summary the requirement is for a whitelabel cashback website (Greasypalm, QuidCo, etc) with referral/MLM features that can be operated as a multi-site manager, country and languages with own domain all controlled by a super manager. The voucher code and price comparison features of the site are to be considered as modular options with the option of turning these features off without impacting the core functions of a cashback website.
Within your bid please detail the features that you will not be able to supply and detail a delivery time.
Payment will be provided by Scriptlance escrow method;
- 20% after first working Demo.
- 40% after second working Demo.
- 40% after script installed and working in my server define hosting supplier and server type (language) to be used
I also will need a support and help after project completion to fix any bug and a maintenance agreement along with spec documentation.
I am open to advice and I will need recommendation in selection of server and service provider.
Subject to the satisfactory outcome of this project there are a number of other projects that are scheduled for Dev this year that will require support.
