I have travel/flight related site which is optimized for my main keywords and I'm building links for that site also. In 2 month period I have manage to see some rankings for less competitive keywords and some very competitive ones appearing here and there in top 10 on google, but still in top 100, so I assume that they also will hit top 10 soon, as QUALITY and relevant incoming links are going to be built over time.


I am looking for someone to assist me mainly with Link Building to obtain Top 10 rankings(on google), for most of our keywords. All link building technics must be white-hat and google guidelines for building links must be followed, no spamming or black hats will be allowed.

General directories, discussion boards or articles sites, link Farms, FFA's, guest books, web rings, paid sites, gambling, porn or dating sites, blog comments, forums posting will NOT be accepted!

Only QUALITY and relevant one-way, non-reciprocal(two or three way) incoming links, from different class C IP ranges, indexed by google and with minimum of google PR1 WILL be accepted!!!

Also will consider some good SEO advices and suggestions for ON-page SEO as well as for OFF-page SEO.

I expect periodical email correspondence (ie. weekly or every 5 working days) to discuss the ongoing efforts and the strategies you are using, I'm find communication between the business partners extremely critical.

Links must be documented, deliverable: Excel spreadsheet including the following columns
- Date of link was accepted
- Link site exact URL (please provide a clickable hyperlink)
- Google Page rank of the link URL
- Anchor Text

Successful bidder will receive information on website and keywords upon selection.

The budget for this project will start small and we will use only few keywords for test period, until the chosen bidder has proven reliability.

Many other projects of this nature that may be outsourced in the future upon success of this project. We are looking to build a lasting relationship with those we work with. We would like a professional with great knowledge of SEO and link building.

Please no amateurs or beginners, we will need to see documented references and current results, and some google rankings that you have manage to get(top 10), as well as link samples that you have build in the past.
