First of all, i , myself a web developer, and need a helpy hand in Script customization and editing.
Payment will depend on complexity of CMS . it can be increase or decrease accordingly.
you will be paid (PPP) pay per project,
usually 50% upfront and 50% after completion, but for the first project, you must provide a demo (sample) of what project we will give you before taking any upfront.
Job will not be hard, you just need to edit CMS and scripts like ClipBucket to meet the requirements, or to make simple scripts like image sharing or file sharing , news publishing etc, more important is a graphics designing, so one should be a good designer and also a good developer .

Important Note : We will make you part of our team once you complete 5 projects or at least 3 projects for us.
You will be paid more in that case.
Post your previous samples, not more than 3, otherwise you will be ignored,
if you are a freelancer , it is well and good, but if you are team, you must not be more than 3.
