Thank you for taking a look at my project - please sure you read through all my notes and understand them thoroughly before bidding. If you have any questions or require clarification, please PM me and I would be happy to try give more information.

I'm still working through the site, so I understand I do not have all the details yet.

In brief, I am looking for the slicing/coding of my PSD and then the implementation of a user friendly CMS. I also require the implementation of a separate blog (wordpress preferably). I will provide PSD's of the frontpage and templates for some subpages. The frontpage will be fully layed out however sub pages will require you to build upon the styles established and flesh out the content as per my written instructions.

I'd really like someone who can work with me and can think on their own without me having to spell out every small detail!

LAUNCH DATE: Must be ready on or before Jan 22. *It doesn't matter if the CMS or backend is not completely implemented however the frontend of the site must be live by this date.*

NUMBER OF PAGES: Approximately 15-20

PROGRAMMERS:
I am open to working with an individual or a team HOWEVER there must be a single primary contact. You must be available via gtalk or msn messenger.
You must offer support for at least a few months.

NOTES:

The majority of the site is fairly basic content that once inputted into the CMS will probably require very little updating in the future. There are 2 sections to the site that will however be updated fairly frequently - the events and the wine page. It is essential that updating these is simple and intuitive, and that these elements can be featured in other parts of the site.

Featured Wines: This is the part of the site that will be updated most frequently so updating these should be EXTREMELY user friendly. The frontpage (as shown) will hold some basic information about the featured wines and then clicking on each one will take you to page with more information. It is imperative that this can all be updated in 1 easy step!

Events Page: Again this will need to be updated relatively frequently, and then broadcast throughout the site.

The frontpage graphic: As per the attached you can see in the upper left there is a large picture. This will be a rotating set of graphics (maybe 3 pictures. Each one holds for 5 seconds then rotates to next one). This won't need to be updated frequently, but I would like the ability to change this in the future without additional costs.


CMS Considerations:

The backend administration area should be simple for non technical users to add/modify content.
as per the above, the CMS should be able to be simplified. For example, i do not want users to have a WYSIWYG option that allows them to change the font, font size etc. Everything should be templated down to a T. If they don't need to see it, I want it out of the backend!
There is the possibility in the future (~6 months) that the site will require an online store component. Ideally the CMS you utilize will have an ecommerce component that can be added down the road. Do not factor the ecommerce component into your bid but please be aware of it for future.
