I need an affiliate website using joomla.

A professional creative joomla specialist needed build a website for an affiliate purpose. The must look professional with today's high tech technology. It must be attractive and appealing to the eye with its colors. The front page will have affiliate banners, categories and sub-categories.

It must include a creative and well done LOGO, BANNER, and both must be easy access to be edited through an easy to use ADMIN access.

I will provide an attachment that was made by me to give you an idea of how I want this website to look like.

I will explain the website in details to the programmer I will choose. The website will have one main page and 9 main categories and each category will have between 10 -15 sub-categories. Each category will explain it self and I will provide you with all of that. Every thing is ready to go when the website is ready.

Sub- Categories will be listed under the categories, and when the user clicks on the sub-category it will open a new page.

Under each Sub-Category I must have an ADMIN ability to add HOP LINKS. I must be able to add as many as I want in each page.
