We need clone of www.coolchaser.com .
Generator must have exact functions as in http://www.coolchaser.com/layout/create .
about coolchaser;
Users create layouts using the generator. Generator has pre-defined themes for the general look and user can select the background by uploading an image or searching google/yahoo images, flicker etc. selected background is saved to coolchasers server. After user completes the layout if he/she is a member saves them to their coolchaser profile by naming and tagging them, or if not he can directly take the layout code.
Other users can select and modify a saved layout to create a new one.

Script should be open for improvements.
Please bid if you really believe you can do the project. Also bid correct about the time. If there happens a significant latency we'll deduct from the payment.
Our payment policy: 30% escrow at the beginning and more escrow as progress is shown. And escrow is released at the end when the project is fully delivered.
