I need a Flash Professional for a simple project that only includes setting up the passing of variables into a video or onto a page from a form. The video will be supplied, all you need to do it set up the variables and fields to pass them from. Everything is explained below with examples.

I give you a 1 or 2 minute video and a simple form with 1 name field. Configure the form to pass the name into the video when they hit submit, they immediately go to the video and their name is in the video in specified places. Examples are below.

4. This one is a form where you can put in your friends email addresses and names and send this video to them. When they get it, it has their name in the video many times. Try it out!

So, again, I need somebody who can understand how to do this. If you are a Flash pro I'm sure it's pretty simple for you. I will have a one page landing page with a name field. When they put their name in the field and hit submit, they will be taken to the video and it will have their name in it. That's it!
