- Description: This is a simple job for someone with the experience to do it:
Import proxy ip's from a specified url
Check they are working
Allow user to select how often (in minutes) to rotate/change the ip
So if he is browsing in IE or FF or whatever browser, and he says every 5 minutes wants new IP thats what he should see if he visits whatsmyip.org
Must be in VB6
