I would like a revenue sharing image hosting site to be created. It should be written in PHP and MySQL.

Here are a list of features:
* Simple registration process.
* Image uploading. Ability to upload multiple pictures at once. Ability to upload zip file and extract.
* Image thumbnails. This allows users to upload multiple images, automatically have thumbnails generated and then recieve BB code to insert into forums. Thumbnails should be saved to a folder (i.e. not dynamically generated every time using phpGD).
* Image resolution restricted. If image greater than a defined size it will be resized using phpgd/imagemagik.
* Users can create galleries. List of galleries appears on upload screen. User selects desired gallery and uploaded images go into this gallery. Users can also upload to no gallery.
* Statistics for users, showing how many image views they've received. Some kind of anticheat mechanism based on IP to stop users cheating (i.e. constantly refreshing). Detailed statistics not required. Just number of image views per day (no need to keep stats on individual images).
* Clean user interface. It should be obvious and easy to use.
* Simple admin panel showing which users have reached payment threshold, that is users with image views > defined limit. Ability to delete users.
* Scalable - needs to be able to deal with 100,000+ images.

Ideally I'd just like modification to an exisiting image hosting script that has most of the features listed above.
