1. Install and configure the latest version of Magento on a Dell web server. Currently the box has a fresh installation of FreeBSD OS and Apache web server. If the current OS is not compatible or optimal, then another OS would need to be installed. PHP, MySQL and other system requirements will need to be installed. The box has a dedicated ip address for remote login. Onsite fulltime tech is also available via IM Monday-Friday U.S. Central Time.

2. I wish to only accept ACH (eCheck) payments from U.S. banks. Customers should not be able to log in and place an order until their bank account information has been verified. I'll need a form when registering to collect the bank information. Unregistered and “UnVerified” customers should be able to browse the site, just not allowed to place orders until their account is manually activated. There is an extension titled “Customer Activation” that may work (http://www.magentocommerce.com/extension/489/customer-activation).

3 . Vendor rating system - Customer should be able to rate vendors like eBay's seller rating system (Positive - Neutral - Negative). Customer should only be able to rate vendors for specific transactions from that vendor. Products listed by vendor should display vendor's rating with link to see vendor rating page.
