I'd like to develop one of my blackjack domain names as a training site. Visitors could learn and drill themselves in when to hit or stay, and could practice several different counting techniques as cards fly by, etc.

Guests and registered users could play games for fun, or for site-scrip that could be used perhaps toward cool site-promotional mugs/hats/shirts/etc., or that could be applied as raffle tickets in a monthly prize drawing. There would be no actual gambling.

At certain intervals, or perhaps on players' request, the site could then analyze their play and offer a critique or tips based on mistakes made.

Registered guests could watch games and kibbitz without players overhearing; and could join in the game or step out whenever card-counting indicated that joining or stepping out was wise.

The site would critique the joining and leaving, not just the playing.

If there aren't enough human visitors, the site would provide robot players (of several different playing abilities and habits) to populate the tables.

I can provide the hit/stay "rules" for "optimal" blackjack play, and the strategies for card counting that the site would teach and against which players actions would be measured.

To save development time, this could be piggybacked on top of an existing CMS/Community script, such as by writing it as components and modules for Joomla 1.5 with Community Builder and private messaging components already in place.

But I would not make public nor redistribute the custom code/component/modules.
