I would like a database for a whole child plan that would include access from paretns, teacher, and student. I must be capable of expanding throughout life. Also capable of handling audio and vidoe files.Th WCP should be able to input data including text, video, audio, etc. The plan is to have studetns, teachers, parents, and administrators have access to the database to read and write, with user name and password. I can send a text document to bidders. It should be capable to be reviewed and compared over time (as much as 80 years).
