I have 100 news web sites that are identical in format and are on the same server (Linux). Users upload Documents called press releases to my control panel. They want these press releses to appear on my 100 web sites. Most of the documents have photos that have been uploaded with the text documents and the user wants the photos to appear with the text in the final document that appears on my web sites. I already have a system in place that allows me to upload 1 document to all 100 web sitesd with the same submit button. My problem is that with the current system, I have to download the documents and photos and then manually format the text and photos in my text editor and then upload them via a separate control panel to my web sites.

This project is for the development of a system that automate this process and eliminate my having to manually format the text and pictures in a text editor before uploading to the web sites.

The scope of this project: I want to have someone develop a system whereby when a document is uploaded by a user, the new program automatically formats the documents text and photos to certain pre-established perameters and fonts that will determine how all documents will appear once they are uploaded to the web sites. 1. the users logo, title of the document, sub title, photos (2) and the contact information will all appear in pre determined positions (I will determine the positions) The font also will be the same for all documents uploaded.

I also need to be able to pre view the document and then submit it to the web sites.

Since I already have a system in place whereby that allows me to be notifide when a document has been uploaded and paid for via pay pal and I want to keep this sytem in place because after notification, I want to be able to preview the document that has been uploaded and then submit it to the web sites.

Also, some users want there document to appear on the web sites on a particular date. I want the system to automatically recognize the date and upload on the chosen date.

This is the way I would like to set the system up for all documents to appear. I would also like to have the logo if one is uploaded, to appear on the left side of the bold title and the contact information to appear on the lower left side. My companies logo would be on the lower right side. These are the basic perameters that I would set for all documents to auto format. Notice also that under the photos is a link to a photo caption. I would like to have a similar link. I also need any hyperlinks that may be in the document to recognized and to appear in the document that subsequently appears on my web sites.

This is a very serious project for me as I am trying to automate this process and eliminate my manual text editing. Please do not bid if this project is out of the scope of your skill level. I have tried to be as clear as possible but I would be very happy to answer any questions before you bid.
