I need something in php that will allow me to take a list of my own domains (each domain will have thousands of pages) and be able to put them in the footer of my webpage or blog randomly, a few at a time. I should be able to use about 3-5 keywords for each page as the anchor text. So basically, this is what I need:

I have a list of 5K pages on the same domain.
I have a list of about 100 keywords.

I would like a script in php that will randomly pull from the list of pages I have... and insert them in the footer of another website I have.. So each time the webpage loads that has the script on it, it pulls a random page from the site I am promoting. The number of pages it pulls from each domain should be customizable. Further clarification:

A list of URLs will be in one table of a MySQL database and a list of keywords will be in another table. Because all these sites and keywords are related, the links (URLs provided) and the anchor text (keywords provided) can be randomly pulled from their respective tables.
