The project I want to be developed is a copy of the site www.blocket.se.
What I want you to help me is to make make a web-site just exactly the CLONE of the swedish web site.:blocket.se

blocket.se is a buy-sell website. It is similar to ebay, but a much simplified version. There is no bidding, the users just post the item they want to sell with price and contact informaion and that's all.
It's a site where people can sell their items like cars, furnitures, houses,
tvs etc.

When they want to place an ad they first put the ad in and after that they recieve
a code and a telephone number to pay for the ad.

I want to use a couple of different like Paypal..Visa.Mastercard ..

After their payment the product should be looked at from a staff member to see that there's nothing unlegal or that it's in the right spot of the site.

Different products should have different fees, so all that have to be set from the
adminarea that needs to have one Headadmin, but also allow more admins to be added
and also specify wich areas they can be in.

I want it to be done in php and MySQL, the language does not matter, as long as it is in Swedish or English so I can translate it later to a language of my own.Web Site should be designed in colorful patterns and everythng should be in the hands of the administrator..updating and database and system administration..and system updating tools and instruments..+ source code adding tools.. in other words I should be able to control this website and do all of the updating and adding..changing..tools and instruments need to be simplistic and tidy..easy to use...easy to navigate and understand in its usage..

Let me tell and explain about Blocket.Blocket is a web site where people can put their ads on any Categories.Inlcluding Buy and Sell, Accommodation and Services, all of them are in separate categories and neatly categorized.First of all when you get into the web site's first page there is a map of the country and regions split apart with borders and numerated according to the regions and when on the mouse over every region on the map is pinpointed.When the user selects the region it goes inside the web site and there is a java script with categories of different services and goods.on the search bar person should be able to find the typed character throughout the web sites database.and of course those particular items should be enabled to be fount according to its categories as well.Payments through Visa and Mastercard should be enabled.This website is administered web site in other words if one places ad on to the website it should be first checked and administered by the administrator and then let out to be put as an ad.When entering the selected region there should be scripts and icons such as 'Show the Latest Ads' or 'Show the Cheapest First' and so on so it would be easier for the people to figure and tune out their needs.
Plus we would be in a close contact to monitor what and how exactly should the project, web site should look like and function.
