I have multiple forums and want to have my users only sign up once, and once they do, there user name and password, and all there information will work on all the other forums all except for there avatar. that will come from the user database for that forum.

Basically I need the config.php file to look at one database and if it does not have the information needed, then it would go on to the next database.

I am using phpBB 3.
