Generate localized ASP.NET pages

1) need an ASP.NET developer to convert any html tags that contain text to asp.net tags.
2) right click on the .ascx controls and .aspx pages and on the Tools menu, click "Generate Local Resource".
3) take all ~30 .resx files that I have already and add the content to the new ASP.NET 2.0 .resx files you will generate.

This is a very easy job, and should only take you at most a couple of days to finish. The site has maybe 60 pages but Visual Studio automates a lot of this. I do need you to confirm all the pages work exactly the same after you are finished the task.

Developer MUST have Visual Studio 2008 installed to be able to acomplish this project. As well, you will be expected to submit and get code from TFS2008 (which is very simple). If you haven't used TFS before, for the most part, you will be expected to be experienced enough to figure it out for yourself. We will help a little if need be, but we don't have the time for major "hand holding".
