- Description: I have a site that is intended as a place for those that offer data marketing list to exchange data. The site look and feel are not bad but could be better. You can either work with the site as is now or start over. Currently site has an admin area where trades are managed and a place for advertisers to place ads. Like to keep these options.
Site should have a rating system along the lines of scriptlance, ebay or most any other site where items are sold or exchanged. You may already have this type of script that can be modified. User need to be able to upload a sample data file. Users would choose to allow any member to view the sample file or only specific members. When an exchange is agreed upon both parties upload their entire files and only once the files are uploaded would admin release the files for download. There is no fee for users to use the site, however, it would be great if this could be added later or even built now and turned off and then we could add this later.
