I want to be able to set price each bid will be only raised by .01 every time bid on when it hits the amount i want the bid opens for 2 hours then last 15 seconds everytime someone bids it goes up 15 seconds. I want this site to be ready to go all i do is upload picture and description set how i want pricing to work and then its ready to go. I want a logo design of my website name and test and use before payment will be made.

Description: We need custom clone of Swoopo. The functionality must be as similar as possible.
