We have web site with php/ajax text chat and would like to add live video pay per view feature. So that women could broadcast live video form webcams and wen could watch it. Only one man can watch video at a time.
Women's application should query php script every 30 secs to let the system know the feed is on, men's application should query php script for getting permission to watch video feed.
we can do all php work, your scope is Flash/FMS only
