I am looking for someone to create a mlm website that monitors downline and create spillovers. I want a real-time server that updates regurally. Need system to go 10 levels deep and 5 members wide. When member has 5 members on 1st level, I want the remaining signups to spillover to next member with most members on their 1st level. Member should be notified if they complete a level, and when someone signs up. Payment through paypal or alertpay.

I have a VERY limited budget for this project because this is a school project for my doctorate degree. If it works according to my theory, you will be rewarded with bonus.

The plan will force people downward therefore making it possible for EVERYONE to make money. We can make arrangements for pay once we have agreed on price. I want payment to distribute to each person with one payment. Example: If I am on level 4, then I pay $5, it should be paid accordingly up to level one without me having to pay 3 different times. I pay one time and the system distributes and pays the correct people. I should be able to see my downline and upline.

I want a force matrix that limits how many people can go into 1 level, and then forces spillovers into the next level in order that they are placed. In other words, if i placed A (with 2 referrals) B (1 referrals) and C (with 0 referrals) under me and my first level is full, my next 2 will go under A because they have the most referral activity, when A level is completed, then B, then C, and the same effect goes all the way down to level 10. If I am at level 1, and I personally refer 2 and my first 5 levels are full, then those 2 will go under my most referring members in level 6. After my spillover completes each person on that level, it goes to the next level. That's the idea of working TOGETHER! I would like admin master key to alter if I discover a person is not performing to earn amount of money they are receiving. I would like to be able to see which referral or pay link each person was placed by, so to determined who done the most referrals. Also, they will be assigned numbers.

The fee is $5 and I will give you the pay levels upon selection of your bid. They will have two options, a 1 time fee and a monthly fee (both is $5).

You can design the site however you choose, but I'll give you some description, and about us, or how it works text if needed, or you can make it designable by me from a website where I can choose template, add words, and etc. If possible, I would like to see a draft of the site before any money is exchanged, to assure I get what I want.

Any suggestions will be considered since this is a start-up. Also, they are allowed to sign up as many times as they want as long as they have a unique email (just as the mypowermall system). Please study their system to grab the idea I am looking for. ALso, you may look at some cash gifting sites to grab ideas, but again, I only want a one-time payment that pays out accordingly.
