This program is a program, where a developer can check in, work for some hours, check out, and in a backend you can see, that the developer worked in that time he was checked in.
This program makes it possible to work with developers from all over the world pr hour basis.

A developer checks in at 8.00 in the morning. he is now officially on work. He works for 4 hours and then he checks out to take a lunch break. In these 4 hours, all logs he makes on his computer will be showed on a monitor screen in the admins backend. they will simply show up every minute. ALL logs. in that way, the project leader can make sure that the developer is working. All logs are saved online too.
When he checks out, the logs are no longer sent to the admin screen. Only when a developer is checked in, the logs are sent.

If the admin screen is closed, all the logs will just be stored, and admin can view them later. All the time, the developer can put in comments, and the developer can choose which developers can view them (that will be usefull when developers are working together). Admin can create categories for the developers and put in the developers in the different categories, and when a developer is posting a comment, he can choose either single developers to view the comments, or he can select that an entire category can view them. Admin can see all comments.

Developers can upload files, and again he can choose who can download the files.

All the logs from developers when they are logged in will be checked by 2 other developers. Those persons are 'the controllers'. When they check each developers log they can mark it either 'accepted' or 'unaccepted'. When one controller has checked either accepted or unaccepted, the other controller cannot view the other controllers decision, only admin can. Only when both have given their marks, they can both view. When they have given their marks, they cannot change them. If they are not the same, admin will get a little message.
