High-level Requirements:
Enhance an existing Java application to add ability to read/write login information to an XML file, etc. Full specs are in attached Word Doc.

Note: When bidding on this project please know that the JDeveloper project already has working code for logging into the Oracle database and checking for errors.

There is existing code that has already been developed. For this reason the project must remain using the following technologies:
• JDeveloper version 11g (free download from Oracle's website)
• JDK 1.5.0_11
• Oracle XE database (free download from Oracle's website)
The developer will be sent a zip file containing an existing JDeveloper project that has some of the functionality already built. I need a person who can code the remainder of the requirements as defined on the following two pages.
The developer must use the existing JDeveloper project and add functionality such as read/write user changes to an existing XML file.

Once the developer is selected I will email a zip file containing the existing java project.
