Freelancer for this should ideally be located in pakistan but this is not essential

We urgently need minimum 10 web 2.0 stlye header type banners desinged for an image rotator on a website (1000px width approx.) These will be simple (some with even no images and some with very less text), yet very professional and elegant web 2.0 style banners - all the right web 2.0 fonts, colours, effects for each banner.

We need somebody who
- has experience designing in web 2.0 stlye looks (and can show it aswell)
- is great at what they do and can understand things correctly so that minimum time is wasted
- someone friendly who is happy to make lots of changes until they get it right or satisfy the client(me)
- can show quick rough versions and take back feedback, modify and come back with new designs very quickly
- is available online for communication via instant chat alot

We have lots more work and would therefore like someone who is creative and interested in working with us in the future also
