Required: 100% Automatic e-currency exchange/purchase site
Very important requirements:
1: Customer should be able to exchange between different e-currencies automatically
2: Customer should be able to purchase supported e-currencies automatically using the following methods:
PayPal, Alertpay, Moneybookers, Credit Card (this could be done either using PayPal or Google Checkout, but I think Google checkout is the better)
3: Setup a "transaction password" or some other method to prevent fraud and abuse of the automatic capability of this proposed website - Security must be #1 priority!!
3: Since this business is going to be ran out of Canada I'd like the ability to process EFT/ACH (electronic fund transfers/automatic clearing house) in addition to wire-transfers (swift)
4: Must support the following e-currencies: e-gold, e-bullion (both gold and e-currency), pecunix, c-gold*, phoenix dollar, webmoney, libertyreserve

5: A section where users can upload scanned copies of customer verification documents (to meet "Know Your Customer " laws). Documents should be stored either in the database or on the file system and should be easily backed up and referenced in case they are needed by law enforcement personnel.
