I would like to create a tool, to be used on my site or to be used by our clients, that allows users to create personalized flash videos. I need to create the tool that allows users to personalize the flash videos with the following:
1)add their own pictures (they will add their heads to the bodies in the video)
2) add sound clips
3) add text that will be shows in the video

The videos will be made by us and will tagged so that the tool you are creating is able to match the users own pictures, sound clips and text.

You need to be an expert in flash and able to build this tool so that it is user friendly. It needs to be able to be hosted on my site or on my clients if I choose.
