Overview of project: We want an application built that allows users to build their new car by picking options and colors. This needs to be able to be framed in sites not hosted by us. This application will grab information from a 3rd party automotive data provider and present it in a simple, yet attractive format. We have access to the 3rd party automotive data and will provide documentation.
Administration pages also need to be supplied so that the client can login and set up the variables (makes at the dealership, colors, buttons, urls, etc) that they want this application to use. This info will be saved in a config file on our server that this application pulls from.
-must be able to be framed in a site not hosted by us
-must use asp.net vb
-must integrate with 3rd party automotive data supplier to pull in the data
-pull info from 3rd party automotive data supplier by zip code
-the text at the top will be links to take them back to change options
or start over. The title for the screen they are on will turn the
darker of their color picks and be a link to that page.

Must use .Net not PHP.
Additional Info (Added 12/23/2008 at 16:44 EST)...We are a .Net VB shop. We'd rather have the project done in .Net C#.
