Description: I need a program that can automatically post ads on a classified ad site. Strong preference will be given to how fast you can complete the project without hurting the quality of the program - of course the faster you work with quality coding, the more money is paid! Please post and indicate the number of days until completion.

It needs to be able to post multiple different ads on a pre-determined schedule that I will set for each ad. It should keep track of individual ads separately. It should be able to post to any city that this classified ad site serves.

This classified ad site presents an image containing several letters that must be entered by the person who makes the post. The bot does not need to bypass the captcha image verification, but it does need to be able to be modifiable so that if in the future I get a way to bypass the captcha image verification, I can include it into the bot.

These are the features that I would like. None of them are required. But I would like to know how much it would cost to add them to the program:

1) It must be able to interact with a sprint aircard and cycle the aircard on and off between posts to change the ip

2) It must be able to clear all internet history, cookies…etc, between every post

3) The bot must be able to log in and out of different classified ad site accounts between every post

4) I should be able to write seperate ads in the bot, and choose the categories and cities the ad should be placed in. If i have multiple ads, the bot should have a schedule system that allows me to choose which ads to go through first and then be able to choose what timings to post ads (I should be allowed to repeat the same ad if I want)

5) The bot should be able to go through all the form filling and confirming pages when posting ads and land on the captcha image verification entering page. Depending on whether or not I have implemented my own bypassing it should either complete this step or if I have not included it on my own I should be able to manually type the captcha in.

6) it must not get banned by this classified ad site. There should be no footprints of any sort.

7) it should be able to post to any category in this classified ad site.

8) A fresh easy to use GUI for windows is also needed

The program should be able to work on Windows.

It must be built using open standards (PHP, MySQL, Perl/CGI, Java, JSP, etc.)

Source code must be included, in case changes are required due to changes that classified ad site may make on their end in the future and when I want to add my own captcha image verification bypass to the bot. I should be the sole and only owner of the code.

Having an IM would be helpful, but not required. Regular updates through email is a must.
