I need my Joomla Educational Site finished according
to given specs.

The education is divided into several phases. When the customer buys the subscription program (1usd 30 day trial the gets a higher monthly price) they are automatically put into phase 1.

They need to take the education and complete defined assignments and submit them to the Admin team upon by posting a link to it at their profile.

Admin team then evaluates and provides feedback and approves or denies it.

Upon approval the customer is upgraded to phase 2 membership gets access to more education and new assignments needing to be completed to get to phase 3 etc.

This is also tied to a forum where phase 1 has basic access to common forums and specific phase 1 forums.

Upon upgrade to phase 2 the customer also gains access to phase 2
forums etc.

Phase 1 user cannot access higher phase forum or education.

If possible I would also like a module installed to allow for internal webinars & video teleconference ability that also have different access levels depending on user's phase level.

So a phase 3 training webinar cannot be accessed by phase 1 level customer.

Customer can create their customer profile and admin needs to be able to set custom profile questions.


System also needs to have a flexible affiliate system that allows for individual adjustment of affiliate commission to be flexible for future JV partners.

Also when the affiliate gets the sale any up sell of products to that customer is also paid out to the affiliate commission wise.

Affiliate program needs to be able to handle multiple products and both one time fees & subscription prices.

Forum needs to have a + and - karma system where people can vote if the post was helpful or not.

JACL Plus
JComments
Mass Mail
Virtuamart

This should be easy work for an experienced joomla admin and since it's module based shouldn't take that long to integrate and get working together.

Some basic education of me in terms of how I work the system afterwards might be needed.
