Job Description:
Marketing, promoting, and public relations for a newly released book.

What I need done:
I need someone to do the Internet Marketing and PR for this newly released book. They will need to build links between other sites and our website as well as boost sales of the book. Most of the marketing will be targeted towards college students. A comprehensive plan / method should be provided prior to selection in order for job to be awarded. Hours MUST be tracked.

Person must be able to develop high-impact solutions that get results, possess savvy media and marketing strategies and public relations campaigns and can guarantee increased exposure, sales and my overall standing in the marketplace. Writing press releases and sending them to suitable organizations and parties to develop as alliances / partners.

Price Range:
I am unsure of my budget on this. I currently have this posted on elance as well and average bids are between $4-8 / hour.
I am willing to pay as many hours as you are capable of working.
