I would like to build a website where an End User is able to submit one of any number of Master PDF Form(s) and receive Child PDF Forms populated with information contained in the appropriate Master Form.

The site will also need to have the following functions:
1. E-Commerce system with subscriptions: The End User will become a subscriber. They will be issued unique identifier codes to use for the purchase of services within the system.

2. My wish (though not required) is to build this on top of a CMS like Joomla so I can cut some of the cost down on that portion.

I will be posting a detailed requirements document shortly to assist with estimates. Note that I will be awarding this job based on your estimate, nothing more or less will be paid, so please take the time to thoroughly evaluate the specifications document. I have put a lot of effort into its creation so I will award the bid to whomever makes the effort for a proper evaluation. I will only be evaluating bids in the median range and will eliminate bids which are ridiculously high or low. If you haven't got the time to estimate the work properly, I can't take the time to evaluate your bid.
