I need prices on the following online banner making script.

there is multiple sections to this site.

user
1. choose banner
2. choose font, color, enter text
3. move text to where they want real time
4. save banner
5. output banner with watermark and code to put on there site
6. users banners need to be protected from download if possiable.

member
1. everything as user
2. banner doesnt get watermark on it
3. can upload own image for addition to banner
4. additional banner images
5. members can download there banner
must save banner for members under there profile

admin
1. upload banners (mark either all or just member)
2. upload watermarks for different size banners
3. manage members
4. manage banners and watermarks
5. general site setting like name, meta tags, price and such
6. manage banners

anyone can get a banner for free.

member will join via paypal for price set in admin and there banner will not have the watermark on them

this all can be done pretty simple. the only thing im not sure about it the user being able to move the text where they want it.

and whats with these $4,000 bids and stuff. what do you think this site is, Google.com or eBay. this is not that hard of a site.

Get real people bud appropriate and fair and post real info.
