I would like a CMS website to be developed by an experienced developer. The CMS can be developed either by doing custom programing or using Joomla or Drupal. Please state clearly what you will be using to develop the website.

I will provide a template for the website which will be used as a base for developing the CMS. The main features of the website will be as follows:

1) It will be a simple website consisting of mainly text. There should be provision for adding 1 image per page.
2)The administrator of the website should be able to add unlimited pages via CMS.
3)The website will have a left nav bar. Some of the menu items will have drop down menus.
4)The website will have a contact form on the about us page.
5)It should be possible to add all meta tags via CMS
