I would like a website developed in Drupal so that I can manage all the content from a Drupal CMS. I need a web developer who is experienced in customizing Drupal layouts and themes.

I will provide a template for the website which will be used as a base for developing the CMS in Drupal. The main features of the website will be as follows:

1) It will be a simple website consisting of mainly text. There should be provision for adding 1 image per page.
2)The administrator of the website should be able to add unlimited pages via CMS.
3)The website will have a left nav bar. Some of the menu items will have drop down menus.
4)Contact form will be put on each page of the website. It will be the same for all pages. The administrator of the website should be able to change its fields via CMS.
5)It should be possible to add all meta tags via CMS
6)The website will also have e commerce. Some pages will have items for online sale. Each item will be linked to a shopping cart software. This is already set up and the only requirement would be to add the URL provided by the shopping cart software to each item. This is how it will work:
a)each item is linked to the shopping cart software by simply adding the url in the anchor tag.
b) On the front end when the item is clicked, it will go to the shopping cart software site.
I will own the code for the Drupal CMS developed by you.
