k so i need some one who is experienced with joomla to do 1 med size work and 1 small sized:

1) i want to redirect my 404 page to joomla core search where the words search are gonna be the ones typed after the main address, example:

some one types: http://joomla.org/plugins <--this is doesnt exist so it redirects them to joomla's core search and the word search is: "plugins"(the word(s) after the main site address)

2) i want to the ability for people to rate categories, i got this idea from a wordpress site, and would like to have the feature in joomla, http://www.zomganime.com/anime/kyou-no-go-no-ni/ <-- this site (wp) has the category rating plugin i want!
