We need an automated affiliate system where members join by paying an $200 Yearly Administration Fee (but can pay $100 to enter and the remain $100 can be deducted when they get their 1st referral into any level) Members will choose from 6 different levels, each level has an isolated back area for downloads of any types )electronic ebook, softwares) Also needed is banners with codes, templates, multi capture pages to choose from with stats, downline builder etc. Training area and admin ability to add html or php pages at will still within current template. Email system, Cookie System, Autoresponder system (upload your list) admin approved leads., Ability for Admin to export entire downline list from database., ability from member to personalize and customize (picture, content) their capture page...

We need a User/Admin demo area so that we can try out this comp plan and see how easy it is to use as well as our graphics to incorporate.

Levels To Choose From:
There will be 6 levels, we need some flexability so if there could be a few others much better. Nonetheless, we need a $250, $500, $1000, $2500, $5000, $10000 levels each with an Admin yr fee of $200.

Methods of Payment:
Admin Fee, Level, System Fees must be able to use Alertpay, Safepay, PayPal, Check, MO, Cash etc... all the popular ones as well as ability to receive cash outside the system confirmation button if payment is made outside of program.

Upgrading:
Upgrades Paying Difference and Upgrade Fee (optional):
If a member joins at the $250 and later wanted to upgrade they only will pay the difference to upgrade to next level. So for $500 level they would pay an extra $250 to get there and an Upgrade fee of $25 (we need ability to add difference upgrade fees associated to certain levels)

Compensation
First Referral:
Members first referral they kept 100% up to their chosen level and then if there is spill over, it is sent upline to their sponsors level and up from there until all is absorbed.

Second Referral:
Members 2nd referral is shared 50% with their sponsor and the referral goes upline to this sponsor. (So just the monies is shared 50/50 but person (referral) is sent up to the sponsors line.)

AUTOMATION SCRIPT
the scipt must be automated (suggestions please)
When a new member chooses their level , the very next page that identifies where the recipient(s) is to send their payment - the system automatically emails Admin ( certain email field ) so that the monies can be transferred to the correct party&the new member can be qualified immediately by our Admin. If this process can be automated the better.

Grace Period Try Out System:
Everyone can use the system for 10 days GRATIS (with limitations set by Admin) and even chose their level; but only System Fee individuals can receive any monies from referrals; if a non Admin paid member invites someone who pays on a level; he may receive only 10 % of that payment (this amount is set by Admin ).

System Fee Structure:
You have the 200 admin fee per year which can be split 100 at signup and they take 100 of the monies from their first paid referral that came through.

The upgrade system fee is for upgrades only. If someone comes in at the 10K level, this will only have the yearly 200 admin fee and not the system fee for upgrades.

Projected launch 1 month or less. Looking for fair honest bids, with fast results but mainly very little upkeep and no bugs. So tell me what you need.
