send 4000 emails (non adult)

- Description: i need to send 4000 emails to a list that i have in microsft excel.
the emails are related to the grand opening of a school
and are invitations to be on the schools mailing list.
most of the emails were taken out of the schools old
database of students and old customers.
this if for a USA based company and i want to do this
in a way that prevents me from gettting on any spam
lists.
I ALREADY have the emails in microsft excel as well
as a small 2 paragraph letter written.
please tell me why i should hire you and your
expertise in this sort of thing.
