You will have to write script before we can select ur bid. If you can't write it then don't bid.

We need a quick PHP work to write a php script to do following task
1) We have a .xls sheet with list of directories (URLs) in it (in first column)
Lets call it list1.xls
2) We have another excel sheet with same format but few directories in it. Lets call it list2.xls
3) We want a php script to read list1 and list2
Read List2.xls and remove all the URLs which are in List2 from List1.
4) Save the result (List1-List2) into list3.xls
5) Also we want a seprate functionality in PHP script to remove duplicate URLs.
For this you have to read the URLs and compare only the domain name without . in it
Example
http://www.abcd.com
and
http://abcd.com
read only "abcd" and ignore any characters after . and before . or before / and then find out duplicate and remove from the excel sheet.
We dont' need any design or any fancy stuff.
Provide a Browse button to browse the files and buttons to perform action.
This is very simple job and shouldn't take more than 1 hr or 2 for an expert PHP developer.
Selected developer shall be also our favorite for other projects.
