For our new online service we are looking for a Marketing Guru to help the site grow. The main keywords in our Marketing Stategy is professionalism and long-term relations.

We need internet marketing to increase targeted traffic, and most importantly (free) members. We are not interested in fast solutions, slick tricks or Black Hat methods.

Your work will be:

1. Search engine submission (not Google), directory submission and article submission
2. Active approach to Bloggers and other new media to write about our new service
3. Social bookmarks and social networks

It's a worldwide service with a large audience so we expect a huge increase in traffic within a few months.

All methods of communication with other sites need to be approved by us. We do have a budget for additional promotion (e.g. google adwords) and for the writing of proper press-releases. The job does however require good (English) writing- & communication skills.

Do's and Don'ts:
- No use of automated software
- Traffic must be targeted
- No spam, bots, robots, link farms, exchanges, guestbooks, only white hat methods!

- Quality sites only, relevant to our service.

* should be linked from the site homepage.
* link must remain active for at least 1 year.
* links must be from unique IP's/ 1 link per site
- No robots.txt, hidden links, framed, JavaScript, re-direct or cloaked pages, query strings.
