I'm looking for a full screen-capable Flash application that can download an image file from an external URL (hosted on S3, partly given by a variable), e.g.

http://example.com/imageLoader.swf?image=Image001.jpg

Would be a Flash script that could be toggled fullscreen (with the "Press ESC To Exit") screen that preloads http://s3.amazonaws.com/mybucket/Image001.jpg.

The image should be able to be zoomed from fitting the screen to viewing at 100%, with the ability to pan the image by dragging the cursor (similar to Google Maps) with a thumbnail overview. The image should also be able to be rotated 90 degrees at a time.

Any programmers able/willing to contract for future additions to this app would be considered exceptional candidates, as I envision many features beyond this minimal initial version. (i.e., loading an XML listing rather than just one image and allowing the user to pick, image annotations, etc.)
