- Description: Need programmer to make online event sign up page that includes the following functionality:
admin functions (control panel):
- create multiple events
- adjustable registration fee calculation with ability to add on credit card processing fee (variable amount, would like to have self entered at time of event creation)
- ability mass-email attendees based on registration status (email box must accept html for further marketing)
- set maximum attendees
- download list of registrants to excel (or any .csv)
- username/password authentication
- print name badges using Avery template (option, but highly favorable)
Attendee Functions:
- Sign up sheet for registrant
- Credit card processing through authorize.net
- email confirmation
- waiting list
- ability to create user profile to make changes/modify attendance
- lock ability to make changes after a certain date
Will discuss details further with ideal bidder. May be open to support contract upon completion.
