I am looking to have a flash-based widget developed that I can share on multiple sites.

The successful bidder will develop a flash-based widget which will display auctions listed through PHPAuctions.

Here is a concept screenshot of how the Widget should look:

The winning bidder must also make some modifications to PHPAuctions allowing users to bid without requiring registration (simply imputting their name and email - url is optional not required).

Here is a sample listing on PHPAuctions from which the Widget should interact with, pull the data from an actual list, and allow bidding to be accepted through PHPAuctions back-end:
