I am looking for commercial or possible custom development of scripts that will run a service like linkmarket.net. Will consider commerical scripts.

For a custom script it needs to be VERY BARE BONES, so no design, just header.php and footer.php includes.

1) ONLY a FREE plan.
2) NO site admin.
3) One config file for database connect.
4) Database SQL

Overall Requirements:
1). Source must not be encrypted or obscured to allow for modifications.
2). PHP 4 and 5 compliant. $_GET and $_POST, etc., for all passed varaibles.
3). No smarty

Please bid and include a link to to a text of HTML file that shows how you write or copy and paste. As I will be doing the remainder of the scripts and mods myself, I need to know how you code.

A combination of your code style, feedback and bid will determine your selection. Can pay via Scriptlance or PayPal.
