Requirements are as follow:

1. Draw a waveform graph realtime as the audio is captured from in input device (mic). Codec could be wav, ogg or mp3. (wav and mp3 are absolute requirements). This is shown to the user real time as the input device captures the audio.
2. Draw a waveform graph of a particular static MP3, ogg or wav file, by selecting the file from any of the system folders. So, if the application specifies c:/audio/somefile.wav or c:/audio/somefile.mp3, an image of that waveform is rendered and displayed.
3. The function must allow the graph to be persisted and stored.

We are developing the application in VB, but prefer that the program is developed in C++ and compiled as an OCX or Activex control.

Full sourcecode, no unlincensed 3rd pary code. Will work with coder on limitations and scope. Will give coder maintenance work in future.

Candidates should have good reviews and be able to demonstrate they can do this work.
