    Description: I need a landing page made for pop-up and popunder traffic. I need it to be very similar to http://www.myinsurancesearch.com/auto.php, but without copyright infringement of course. I need a page for an auto insurance offer and this converts the best.

    The only difference is that instead of the box for the zip code I want a button to click, with some animation to draw attention to it. A very simple page with a simple graphic.
